Preparing for All Weather Operations

When weather demand that we conduct business indoors.. as with the winter months, we will  provide outdoors options also.

Space Information

	Space will be measured FOR INDOORS size dimensions (will post 11/24/2008)
	We want to accommodate as many as possible inside and make it customer friendly to navigate
	We will make use of indoors and outdoors space, as weather permits, and during colder weather,
	Vendors may rent space outside, if they choose, Tents may be placed in space rented.
	Hot food, preparers will be required to do so outdoors,
	no more than table top electrical appliance many be used indoors.
	ABSOLUTELY NO FIRE OR FLAME GENERATING ITEMS ARE ALLOWED INDOORS.
	Indoors space rates are based on space lay out - limits of space - and to provide the best division of space for Vendors

Other details will be posted based on request for additional info.

    When we present "Special Events"  

They will be designated as such, and space for "special events" will be allocated as follows to offer fairness in our event programs

  Vendors  will have an opportunity to acquire space, on a first come first serve basis..

As Vendor participation Increases, If needed, we will acquire additional building space for Vendors

Other options we may at times make use of   to insure we provide a fair opportunity  when vendor volume in high numbers

We will allocate 50% of the space  to be available to (first come first serve) contract vendors.

( contract vendors, is a vendor who contracts with us for continuing participation)

Remaining Space Allocations

25% of space will be general vendor ( first come and first serve)..

25%  of the space will be ( based on “bids”)..

The same Agreement  terms applies to Indoors Swap Meets

Space allocation may be  modified to develop a set number of stalls for rental spaces
