When weather demand that we conduct business indoors.. as with the winter months, we will provide outdoors options also.

When we present "Special Events"
They will be designated as such, and space for "special events" will be allocated as follows to offer fairness in our event programs Vendors will have an opportunity to acquire space, on a first come first serve basis..
As Vendor participation Increases, If needed, we will acquire additional building space for Vendors
______________________________________________ We will allocate 50% of the space to be available to (first come first serve) contract vendors. ( contract vendors, is a vendor who contracts with us for continuing participation) Remaining
Space Allocations 25% of space will be general vendor ( first come and first serve).. 25% of the space will be ( based on “bids”).. The same Agreement terms applies to Indoors Swap Meets Space allocation may be modified to develop a set number of stalls for rental spaces
